We worked on-site to provide headshots for the leadership team of Mind Education.

Team headshots are individual professional mini photography sessions to capture the individuals of a company. Use team headshot sessions to update your company’s website or to onboard new hires. These sessions require two staff members for team headshot pricing. Team headshots are created in our studio, outdoors or on-site at the client’s office for easy coordination.

Event photography for Laurie Baedke, a leader of leaders, keynote speaker, author, executive coach and host of Growth Edge Leadership Podcast.

Laurie was the keynote speaker for the Physician Leadership Project 4th Annual Healthcare Leadership Summit held on October 2, 2024 at Ironlight in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

We provided 3 hours of event photography coverage to provide Laurie images to use on her social media, use in her marketing and to showcase her talents on her website.

The Physician Leadership Project is a program created to empower physicians transitioning into leadership roles, offering sessions on executive presence, finance, governance, and leading change. Co-founded by Jill Arena and Dr. Craig Wright their expertise provides invaluable support, equipping physicians with the skills needed to navigate the complexities of healthcare leadership.

They hold an annual summit event with dinner, speakers and a panel at the end of the 10 month program for all participants.

About Laurie

“Laurie Baedke is a well-regarded keynote speaker, executive coach, best-selling author, and the host of a weekly leadership podcast, The Growth Edge.

Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and business administration and a master’s degree in healthcare administration. She is a board certified Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), and a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Laurie has been certified by The Gallup Organization as a Strengths Performance Coach since 2006.

2024 Summer Employee Party for Blessing Landscapes

The summer party event for the employees of Blessing Landscapes had several interactive ourdoor summer games each with prizes and extra raffle tickets to enter for prizes at the end.

The first game of the day was a chair balloon game where each team had to pop all their balloons by sitting on them.

Then was a soft bow and arrow game with a series to determine the winning team!

After the bow and arrow was lunch and then three more games. There was a egg dropping game, blower game and a water balloon fight to finish it off.

Not bad for a hot summer day!

New Headshot for Therapist at Pacific Center for Mind & Health

New Therapist Headshot for Tamara Randall with Pacific Center for Mind and Health

Pacific Center for Mind and Health selected our Basic Headshot Session which provides a 20 minute headshot session and one image selection from the proof gallery, to provide the company with a professional therapist headshot. We photographed Emily Padilla, another therpist at Pacific Center for Mind and Health and matched the headshots for consistancy on the website.

We photographed our client in our natural light studio, Studio Northwest, located in Portland, Oregon using our south facing window light and light modifiers.

Lighting Setup

We used window light from the large windows and V-flat light modifier to create shadow on both sides of Tamara’s face.

When using natural light the diffused light acts as a very large wide band of light like a 7 ft umbrella modifier for strobe photography. A trick we use when on site and natural light is not available.

Below is an example of our studio set up . The studio setup is using the large windows and v-flat modifier. An additional modifier is used during the session.

Final Delivery

After Tamara made her image selection from the proof gallery and the final selection went through post production (retouching, cropping and formatting) an email with a download link will be sent.

Clients will receive Large Web and Print file formats in multiple cropping options delivered through Dropbox.
