TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Photography License
By default, Erica J Mitchell Photographer retains 100% of all license rights to all photos taken at client sessions. Upon completion of the session, clients will receive a watermarked proof gallery with photos from their shoot. The client can select photos based on their photography package. All selections from the photography packages include custom editing and an unlimited perpetual commercial license for the client to use.
Payments and Cancellations
To secure booking and hold the date of your session a non-refundable 50% deposit is required and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer’s approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
For all individual session types, clients may reschedule their session at no-cost up to 7 days before their session. With less than a 7 day notice, a $60 fee will be added to the invoice to reschedule. Clients who do not attend their scheduled session and give no notice will forfeit the entire fee paid for the session.
