For our returning client GridStor, we used the same lighting set up as we do for all their headshots, the Natural Light Studio.

With our window light setup as the main source of light since the beginning, when they were only 4 employees now over 40, this set up provides us consistent headshots for GridStor every time allowing for future sessions of new hires to blend seamlessly. The result are well balance headshot photos the illuminate each person that projects confidence, professionalism and friendliness.

How much do Company Team Headshots cost?

Team headshot sessions start at $240 per person for a group of two employees. The more emoployees at the session, the cheaper the price per person is.

Minimum two staff members required for group pricing. All Pricing Includes:

• Corporate group photography sessions (5-10 minute each)
• Proof gallery for selecting
• 1 final retouched photo in two file formats for print and web
• Image usage rights

New outdoor headshots for CEO of C-Tran, Leann Caver. We photographed Leann at the vew Vancouver Waterfront in downtown Vancouver, Washington. We utitlized the iconic walkways, structures, and river views to provide a unique background to these headshots.

For our headshot lighting set up we used the natural outdoor light with a single flag modifier placed to the side or above the subject.

Team Headshots and Group Photos for United We Heal

New outdoor headshots and group photos for the growing team of United we Heal. We photographed the team near their Portland, Oregon office outdoors in a nearby park.

Our client wanted to update their team’s headshots and create a team group photo so we used the outdoor background landscape facing west towards the iconic convention center our on-site backdrop.

For our headshot lighting set up we used the natural outdoor light with a single flag modifier placed almost like a large baseball cap blocking the overhead light.

For the new headshots, we used the outdoor landscape and backdrop of the iconic Portland Convention as our on-site setup.

We delivered the headshots of United We Heal to all have consistent lighting and backgrounds to ensure the headshots match. This also allows for future new hires to have matching headshots later on.

Each person was able to send any retouching requests after receiving a proof gallery following the sessions.

Behind the Scenes of our Outdoor Headshot Setup

Behind the scenes to our outdoor lighting set up and background for the new headshot for United We Heal.

We provided our clients with one of our posing stools on location while an assistant would hold the modifier above them to provide ideal lighting for making outdoor headshots. In our example, our assistant Jodhi is holding the black board we call a “flag” in photography above the sitter to remove the overhead light. It is held like a baseball cap, just forward enough, which allows the front of the face to absorb the light.
