How can I get high quality files?
If you’d like to receive higher resolution images in multiple crop options in two file formats for print and web and usage rights, please send us an email at ericajmitchell@gmail.com to request a proof gallery.
We can prepare a proof gallery for you to make your photo selections.
Each selection includes retouching and delivery (no watermark, hi res, multiple crop options) and usage rights at the discounted rate of $10 per photo selection. There is no charge to use the watermarked square crop in the website sized format.
Photo FAQ
How can I purchase usage rights and remove the watermark from my images? You can purchase usage rights which allows you to use the image without the required text for $10.00 per photo selection. This includes retouching and two file formats for print and web. If you would like a proof gallery to make your selection please contact us.
What is a proof gallery image? Proof galleries are a collection of images made during your photography session. Each file is numbered (ex:001, 002…) for easy selection. Proof galleries are for viewing only. If you have event images they will be included in the proof gallery as well.
What happens after I email back my selection? After you email your selection your headshot/event photography will be retouched and then formatted for print and web in multiple crops for easy use.
Do the proof gallery selections get retouching? All proof gallery selections get basic retouching.
How do I download my photos? To download your image print and web image files go to the image delivery email sent to you. Click on the button, download now. If you have any issue or questions, please send us an email.
What file size do I use and where? After you have requested a proof gallery and made your selection, you will receive an email to download your print and web sized files of your free headshot/event photography.
The print file is 300 dpi and can be used in print materials such as business cards, postcards, etc. The web file 180dpi and is best used for social media and websites.
